Remember

Remember beautiful heart you are choosing your future within each breathe, thought, action and choice to do differently when you recognise a repeating situation, a learning in front of you that you may have done the work around and all it requires of you now is to see it and to choose differently for yourself. Whatever that is in that moment, it may be a no, it may be a yes, it may be no reaction, it may to speak up, or to honour yourself and choose you, it may be just to acknowledge the growth and your lack of reaction, wound/trigger in that moment that now closes a chapter, a lesson, a tie and which moves you and opens the very door you have been working towards, wishing for to appear.
