Todays message ~

Honour the pause, the pull back, feel your way through, be aware of the tendency to do just for doings sake or push through at your body’s expense we are deeply anchoring our change, our vibrational shift. Let your body do what it needs to do without fear or judgment of something being wrong.

There has been so much going on within the body, clearing purging over the year gone that some have had the physical manifestation of what they have been carrying (grief for example) come up in the form of lumps rising to the surface to be removed, (one example) and other experiences. Please trust the incredibly intelligent vehicle that the body is, that it knows what it has needed and is doing. You play your part by doing what you need to do for it. And if need be please allow yourself to feel what needs to be felt, to process emotionally depending on what has been connected here. You are supported, loved beyond measure.
